Palo Alto, Calif. - Mozes, the provider of an on-demand mobile marketing platform, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Hurricane Interactive Promotions, a provider of live concert mobile phone promotions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005, Hurricane provides "text-to-screen," live contests and music content sales to clients including Universal Music Group Nashville, and powered mobile promotions at over 200 concerts last year.

Palo Alto, Calif.-based Mozes provides mobile marketing services to over 3,000 artists, including Nelly and Tim McGraw.

"Hurricane brings Mozes incredible expertise with live concert mobile experiences for some of the biggest names in music," said Mozes CEO Dorrian Porter.
