San Francisco - Vator.tv, a video service launched by former Marketwatch columnist Bambi Francisco that lets entrepreneurs post pitches for funding to venture capitalists, has raised "just over $1 million" in a second seed round of funding, Beet.tv reported.

Participants included previous investors Peter Thiel, co-founder of PayPal; former MySpace chairman Richard Rosenblatt; Google's Georges Harik.

Vator also reportedly received funds from undisclosed new investors who responded to the company's funding pitch video on its own site.
