I tried their service -- Don't waste your time or money. I started with the free service that plays everything in realmedia which is so compressed that the quality is trash. So I read around the website and it seemed to indicate that I could download it in WMP if I bought the subscription. That is not true. You still download in the same crappy realmedia quality. Also I called to cancel my subscription within an hour after I purchased it and was told they they could cancel it but could not give me a refund. I would have to e-mail the billing department at the supplied address. A big part of their movies are old public domain movies that have not been restore and and then add the real media compression. Even at 9.95 a month it is not worth it. I would rather pay more somewhere else for better quality or buy the actually DVD's at Dollartree type stores.
