Los Angeles - Online retail giant Amazon.com is (NASD: AMZN) set to produce its first full-length motion picture, partnering with 20th Century Fox to adapt "The Stolen Child," a fantasy novel written by Keith Donahue, Variety reported.

The company, which acquired the rights to the book in 2006, will not provide financing for the production, but rather market the movie across its Web properties, including IMDB.com.

In addition to IMDB, Amazon also has its hands in the film business with its Unbox movie download service, CreateSpace on-demand DVD service, and Without a Box film festival submission service.

The company has also previously produced "Amazon FishBowl," an online talk show hosted by comedian Bill Maher.
