- Magnify.net, a community video platform where users can create embeddable video
channels populated with clips from across the Web, has raised a $1 million
first round of financing, TechCrunch reports.
Investors included Next Stage
Capital, New York Angels, Rose Tech Ventures, Active Angel Investors, Ogden
Capital, Gideon Gartner and Wired editor Chris Anderson.
New York-based
Magnify.net helps websites owners add video, as well as video search to their
sites.
The company claims 30,000 publisher partners, and more than 3 million
unique monthly visitors.
