- Juniper Content, a media and entertainment company focused on branded content
services -- whose holdings including the Sorpresa Hispanic children's TV
network and digital community -- announced on Monday that it has raised $2.14
million in a private placement of its shares.
New York-based Juniper's Sorpresa
network is offered on the major U.S.

The company plans to build Sorpresa's status in
Hispanic children's programming, and acquire niche content providers.
