Dublin, Ireland - NewBay Software, a provider of mobile services that let users create, store, view and share user-generated content, announced that it has raised $9.9 million in its second round of financing, led by Fidelity Ventures.

Previous investor Balderton Capital also participated.

Ireland-based NewBay's LifeCache products are offered by network operators through services such as T-Mobile USA's MyAlbum, Orange Photography, Vodafone MyCommunities and O2 Bebo.

The company will use the funds to accelerate its global expansion plans, explore acquisition opportunities and increase research and development efforts.
