- Spot Runner, a provider of online advertising services that let companies
create and purchase TV and radio commercials, announced on Tuesday that it has
acquired Weblistic, a provider of online marketing services.
Financial terms of
the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Fremont, Calif.-based
Weblistic provides marketing services such as paid search advertising, search
engine optimization, online directory management and online video production and
distribution.
Spot Runner said the deal will expand its online advertising
expertise and offerings, and complement its TV and radio advertising
capabilities.
