Austin - SongNumbers.com on Tuesday introduced its service that lets bands set up a phone number that anyone with a cell phone can call and preview and purchase music. A live demo of the service is available at 515-862-1000. Callers can press "1" at any time to purchase the song they are previewing, and receive an SMS text message with a link to the song. SongNumbers.com, which was created by the developers of Phonecasting.com, said the service is currently available through AT&T and Alltel.
