Children's Game Developer Fluid Entertainment Gets $3.2 Million

San Francisco - Fluid Entertainment, a developer of children's video games, announced on Wednesday that it has landed $3.2 million in its first round of financing, led by Trinity Ventures.

Founded in 1998, Mill Valley, Calif.-based Fluid has created children's games based on properties including Harry Potter, Pokemon and the Powerpuff Girls.

The company is currently developing an original massively multiplayer online game for kids with a "green" environmental theme.
