Next New Networks Lands $15 Million for Web Video Channels

New York - Next New Networks, a provider of thematic online video channels for targeted communities, has raised $15 million in new financing from Velocity Interactive and Goldman Sachs, VentureBeat reported.

New York-based Next New Networks currently offers 12 video channels, including Barely Political -- where "Obama Girl" viral videos have been published.

The company claimed 33 million video views in February, and today also announced a partnership to syndicate its videos with AOL.
