New York - The 29 TV stations owned by CBS (NYSE: CBS) on Monday announced the launch of the CBS Local Ad Network, a partnership between the stations and local bloggers and social media websites. CBS-owned stations will now syndicate local news widgets to a variety of local online media outlets that include a companion banner ad, and share a portion of the ad revenue generated with the syndication partners. The network is being administered by SyndiGO, a division of Seevast Corp.
