Los Angeles - Men's lifestyle destination CraveOnline.com has acquired basketball site HoopsVibe.com for an undisclosed sum.

The deal includes both HoopsVibe, founded in 2002 as a news aggregation site, and StreetBallTalk, which was launched in 2005 as a site for streetball fans.

Los Angeles-based CraveOnline said the acquisition will support its parent company, AtomicOnline, in its strategy to acquire and grow a family of niche properties.

The company also operates sites related to movies, TV, music, games, cars and comedy.
