Audio Mashup Firm Razz Receives $1.87 Million

San Francisco - Razz, a provider of audio mashup technology for the Web and mobile phones, has received $1.87 million of a $2.5 million second round of financing, PEHub.com reported.

The company's shareholders including Mayfield, Cardinal Venture Capital, Garage Technology Ventures and Greenpark Capital.

Founded in 2002, San Francisco-based Razz's applications include Talking Photos, which lets users add movie lines and voice to any Facebook photo; Movie Star, which lets Facebook users customize and send each other audio snippets of famous movie lines; and Razz Tones, or ringtones that combine voice with music and sound clips.
