Muze, the industry leader in digital media entertainment services seeks dynamic, self-motivated sales professionals to sell Muze digital media information products and services. Our products drive revenue growth, merchandising enablement, social networking, and search and discover functions for our customers. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with experience in enterprise software, online media, or subscription services. This is a high-performance role that requires the ability to selectively identify and create revenue-generating customers and partnership opportunities in a rapidly developing market. Ideal candidates will posses the following traits: * solution selling skills * ability to partner with existing customers and build new sales channels * function in a consultative role with partners and customers * understand partner and customer needs and introduce new levels of product and service to market * offer creative solutions to drive revenue and be an assertive customer advocate Candidates must be capable of working as part of a high-performing sales team, rapidly building a qualified sales pipeline through Muze's existing relationships, new leads, cold calling and lead generation efforts. Candidate must also be able to identify and develop channel relationships that generate sustainable revenue and advance Muze's strategic place in the industry. The Sales Director will create and manage partnerships that will include distribution, joint solutions, resellers, VARS and systems integrators in the digital media, mobile services, internet services, and on-line retail markets. Candidates will work with Product Management and Customer Service to develop and implement successful sales strategies and promotion efforts and that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. Successful candidates must have at least 7-10 years proven success as a sales professional; the ability to create line of sight to revenue for both company and partners; strong strategic, consultative and selling skills; industry knowledge in retail, mobile, internet and/or social networking preferred. Proven ability to deliver revenues, build strong enterprise class relationships and manage resources to meet goals is required.
