London - Intellistream, a developer of interactive mobile video technology, has received part of an expected up to $1.6 million round of new financing, led by London Technology Fund, VentureWire reports.

Founded in 2006, London-based Intellistream's Unistream product delivers full motion, interactive 3G video from sources such as webcams, stored clips and live video feeds, and also handles interactive voice applications.

The company markets its technology for use in entertainment, video games, interactive mobile TV, security and other areas.
