American Fork, Utah - Move Networks, a provider of HD online TV services, announced on Monday that it has landed a $46 million third round of financing, led by Benchmark Capital.

Cisco, Comcast Interactive Media and Televisa also participated, along with previous backers Steamboat Ventures and Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.

Founded in 2006, Utah-based Move Networks provides high-definition online video delivery services for broadcast partners including ABC, the CW, Discovery, ESPN, and Fox.
