Intel Capital Backs Out-of-Home Ad Network Channel M

Los Angeles - Channel M, a provider of out-of-home video advertising services, announced on Monday that it has raised an undisclosed sum in its third round of funding, led by Intel Capital.

Los Angeles-based Channel M operates an out-of-home ad network that includes TV advertising, in-store signage, product integration and national promotions.

The network includes some 20,000 locations, with clients including Macy's and Blockbuster.

Channel M will use the funds to expand its digital content distribution network, as well as to expand its sales and marketing efforts.
