West Hollywood, Calif. - IAC's (NASD: IACI) Ticketmaster announced on Thursday that it has acquired the assets of SLO Limited, a provider of VIP ticketing services to major touring artists and special events.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

SLO offers concierge delivery of premium seats on behalf of its touring and event clients, creation and fulfillment of unique consumer ticket packages, production and hosting of on-site fan experiences, and concert travel packaging for fans.

The company is currently working with artists and events including The Papal Mass at Yankee Stadium, Celine Dion, Billy Joel, George Michael, Dolly Parton, Robert Plant and Allison Krauss, Linkin Park, Rod Stewart, the MTV Video Music Awards and the Summer X- Games.

"Bringing SLO into the Ticketmaster family will allow Ticketmaster to provide fans with more opportunities to engage with their favorite artists and more access to the premium seats that historically have not always been made available to the general public," said David Goldberg, EVP of Ticketmaster music services.
