Los Angeles - CraveOnline, a male-focused network of entertainment sites, announced on Monday that it has acquired two hockey-related sites, HockeysFuture.com and HFBoards.com.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, HockeysFuture covers developing hockey players in North American and European leagues, and the NHL draft, while HFBoards, launched in 2002, is an online community where hockey fans discuss prospects and trade NHL rumors.

CraveOnline, which raised also operates ComingSoon.net, Sherdog.com, ActionTrip.com, Superherohype.com and SpikedHumor.com, which attract a combined over 32 million unique monthly visitors.

The company raised $50 million in venture capital financing in 2007.
