Denver - Radio broadcaster Clear Channel (NYSE: CCU) is looking to add a personalized Web radio player to its station websites, and is in talks with Pandora, but no deal has yet been finalized, Billboard reports.

The new service is expected to launch by the end of summer.

In addition, Clear Channel has launched a new song lyrics search feature on its station websites, powered by recent Sony acquisition Gracenote.

The company also partnered with Clearspring on widgets that will let users stream Clear Channel stations from their social network profiles.

"Online, there is a lot of variety and choice," Evan Harrison, head of Clear Channel's online music and radio unit, told Billboard.

"If we don't expand our offerings under our umbrella, people will just go elsewhere for it."
