Santa Monica, Calif. - MediaPass, a provider of services that connect rights holders and brands with lifestyle audiences, has acquired Gigantic Entertainment, a video production company headed by director Kevin Kerslake, Variety reports.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Kerslake is expected to direct and executive produce Santa Monica, Calif.-based MediaPass' live music performances, and other original content.

The combined company is working on a number of original series for distribution via online and mobile platforms, and will also acquire and distribute other video content online.
