Los Angeles
- Peer-to-peer based Web TV streaming service Joost is working on a Web-based version
of its service, which currently requires users to download a separate application
in order to view videos, Silicon Alley Insider reports. The Web version will
also reportedly require users to download a plug-in, however, to enable the
peer-assisted content delivery functionality.
