Beverly Hills, Calif. - Mandalay Media, a company set up to acquire various digital distribution, interactive entertainment and online publishing firms, announced on Friday that it will acquire Green Screen Interactive, a New York-based video game publisher and distributor.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Green Screen itself recently acquired ZOO Digital Publishing and Destination Software, which it combined to form its casual games label, Zoo Games.

Mandalay also recently merged with mobile entertainment publisher Twistbox Entertainment.
