Cordia Recruiting and Staffing is currently seeking a VP of Finance for a major non profit organization in Washington DC.

This person will be responsible for directing and managing the accounting department in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Candidates should be a CPA and have a BS degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including management experience, experience with Federal Grants and OMB Circular A-122 and A-133, and knowledge of GAAP.
