- Inuk Networks, a provider of IPTV delivery services, announced on Thursday
that it has completed an $18.6 million second round of funding, led by
broadcaster S4C and venture capital firm Wesley Clover.
London-based Inuk
offers a triple-play Internet-delivered video, voice and data service in the U.K.
called Freewire, which is initially focused on the student market.
The company will
use the funds to further develop its platform in the U.K.,
as well as expand into Ireland
and North America.
