Vancouver, Canada - Movieset, a site that aggregates behind-the-scenes footage of various film productions, has raised $2 million in first round funding from Rho Capital, as part of a total $5 million commitment from the firm to be based on achievement mileposts, VentureWire reported.

Vancouver, Canada-based Movieset lets producers post sneak peeks and other behind-the-scenes, on-set footage of films in production -- content that would likely eventually be included in DVD extras.

The company told NewTeeVee it recently signed 75 movies slated for production to its service while at the Cannes Film Festival.
