Los Angeles - Anthony Puzo, son of "The Godfather" author Mario Puzo, has filed suit against Paramount Pictures (NYSE: VIA) over alleged unpaid revenues from Electronic Arts' (NASD: ERTS) video game based on the films, Reuters reported.

Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday, the breach of contract lawsuit seeks at least $1 million in damages.

"In material breach of the audio-visual products agreement, Paramount has failed and refused to pay the Puzo Estate the sums due it in respect of the Godfather game," reads the complaint.

Paramount was not available for comment for the Reuters story.
