Santa Monica, Calif. - Topspin Media, a provider of music marketing tools and services, has raised an undisclosed sum in its second round of funding from the Foundry Group.

Santa Monica, Calif.-based Topspin is led by former Yahoo Music general manager Ian Rogers; its chairman Peter Gotcher founded Digidesign, which created the Pro Tools audio workstation platform.

The company develops marketing software and services that help artists build businesses and brands, manage their catalogs, and connect with fans.

Topspin previously raised a funding round from Redpoint Ventures last year.
