Campbell, Calif. - YouSendIt, a provider of digital content delivery services for business and personal uses, announced on Tuesday that it has raised a $14 million third round of venture capital financing, led by new investor Emergence Capital.

Previous backers Sigma Partners, Alloy Ventures, Sevin Rosen Funds and Cambrian Ventures also participated.

Campbell, Calif.-based YouSendIt's service is used by more than 7 million people to secured send digital content, ranging from videos, photos and music to business documents.

The company said it manages more than 10 million files every month.

YouSendIt will use the funds to expand its customer base, and develop new features for its services.
