Los Angeles - Stickam.com, a site that hosts live video streams from users' webcams and other sources, has announced the launch of a beta version of PayPerLive, which allows users to charge for access to their live video streams. The company, which will take 25% of profits, said the service is targeted at comedians, consultants, musicians, teachers and fundraisers.
