MyYearbook.com Gets $13 Million for Social Network for Teens

New Hope, Penn. - MyYearbook.com, a social network targeting the teen demographic, announced on Wednesday that it has secured a $13 million second round of financing, led by Norwest Venture Partners.

Existing investors US Venture Partners and First Round Capital also participated in the round, which will be used to develop new member services and continue to drive revenue.

Pennsylvania-based MyYearbook.com, founded by brother-and-sister teen entrepreneurs Dave and Catherine Cook, now counts more than 10 million unique visitors and 2 billion page views per month.

The company has raised a total of $18.6 million to date.
