Boston - Strategy Analytics, a Boston-based research and consulting firm focused on information, communications and entertainment technologies, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Teligen from Harris Interactive.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in London, Teligen provides information on telecommunications pricing, tariffs, and market dynamics.

Founded in 1976, Teligen serves telecoms operators and regulatory agencies.
