Question for presidential candidates

We have seen the affects of trickle down economics. Has anyone ever thought of trickle up economics? Like putting money into the hands of the lower middle class, so they can go out and buy things again. How about the financial market and banks opening up sales of their stock shares to the every day person, selling a dollars worth for a dollars worth to anyone.
