Sirius XM to Release iPhone Player Application

Los Angeles - The newly merged satellite radio firm Sirius XM plans to introduce an application for Apple's iPhone that will allow users to stream its programming, Orbitcast reports. The "StarPlayr" application is still in the alpha stage of development by a team called GeeksToolBox. MocoNews noted that the application could be the first available service to combine programming from XM and Sirius.
