Santa Monica, Calif. - Universal Music Group's Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) unit has introduced the "Playlist Your Way," a new release format that combines greatest hits CDs with an included download card that unlocks additional content online. The online content includes "a free biographical 'podcast'" about the artist, as well as six additional tracks and/or a full-length original studio album from the artist. Initial releases come from the Allman Brothers Band, Diana Ross, James Brown, Stevie Wonder and others.
