San Diego - RoyaltyShare, a provider of digital royalty processing and content delivery services for the entertainment industry, announced on Wednesday that it has acquired Broad Street Digital, a unit of Arbinet, for an undisclosed sum.

Broad Street's Rightsrouter is a digital content licensing management and distribution platform for digital assets, currently used by over 500 record labels.

Under the deal, San Diego-based RoyaltyShare will also work with voice and IP services developer Arbinet to explore market opportunities.
