Long Beach, Calif. - Adisn, an online advertising network, has raised $1 million in its first round of venture capital financing, led by Battery Ventures, PEHub.com reported, citing a regulatory filing.

Long Beach, Calif.-based Adisn bills itself as the "anti-ad network," which "uses relationship data from the social web to enhance targeting."

Clients of the service include photo-blogging service Tumblr, video-hosting site Vimeo, and Muxtape, a playlist-sharing service currently offline due to copyright issues.
