San Francisco - Apple's (NASD: AAPL) iTunes Store is now available once again in China, although the pro-Tibet album that was the reported cause of the store's being blocked by Chinese censors remains unavailable in the country, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

"Songs for Tibet," a compilation album produced by the Art of Peace Foundation featuring tracks from artists including Sting, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette, was prominently featured on the iTunes Store at the outset of the Olympics.

Shortly after the press reported on the Art of Peace Foundation's encouraging of athletes inside the Olympic Village to download the album for free, the iTunes Store became unavailable in China.

The Chronicle reports that "Songs for Tibet" is also currently unavailable in China via Amazon.com or YouTube.
