Los Angeles - The largest BitTorrent tracker in Latvia has been shut down and two administrators were arrested in a raid staged by Latvian authorities with the aid of a local anti-piracy group affiliated with the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), TorrentFreak reported. LAmpAFile.lv counted a reported 100,000 members. TorrentFreak added that other Latvia-based trackers have also gone offline as a precaution.
