BlueHaze Launches Multi-Platform Concert CommunityAuthored by Mark Hefflinger on September 5, 2008 - 8:55am.
San Francisco - BlueHaze, a
music-focused media and technology start-up based in San
Francisco and Toronto,
this week launched its multi-platform community for concert fans.
The company, which is self-funded but currently in the process of raising its first institutional round, said that its platform allows music fans to find local shows and get tickets; see the concerts their friends are attending; receive tour alerts; share concert photos, reviews and set lists with other fans at the same concert; and track their personal concert history. "We built BlueHaze to connect those thousands of live communities every night and to give artists and fans a chance to extend the concert experience before, during and after the show." said Mark Shedletsky, the founder and CEO of BlueHaze.
