Miniweb Lands $32 Million for Interactive TV Technology

London - Miniweb, a developer of interactive TV technology, announced on Monday that it has landed $32 million in new funding, led by Meritage Funds and DeGeorge Holdings III.

London-based Miniweb's technology enables Web-style advertising and interactivity for TV viewers.

Its platform has so far been deployed in over 9 million homes.

The company will use the funds to finance international growth.
