Scotts Valley, Calif. - Amazon.com's (NASD: AMZN) CreateSpace on-demand distribution unit on Tuesday launched a new service, CreateSpace MP3, that lets independent musicians and labels sell their albums and songs as DRM-free MP3s through the Amazon MP3 store. There is no setup fee for the service, which also provides the option for artists to simultaneously sign up to sell their CDs through the CreateSpace Disc on Demand service.
