Mobile Games Firms Reaxion, Mobliss Merge to Form PressOK

Seattle - Mobile game publishers Reaxion and Mobliss on Wednesday announced that they have merged to create PressOK Entertainment.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

PressOK said the merger would increase its output from 8 to 12 new game titles, as well as expand wireless operator and IP brand relationships.

The company, which will operate offices in Seattle, Moscow and Minsk, said one-third of its new game portfolio will be based on major entertainment brands.

PressOK's roster of games currently includes mobile versions of TV game shows "Deal or No Deal" and "Family Feud."
