London - Following a year-long investigation into the workings of OiNK, a BitTorrent tracker site shut down by U.K. and Dutch authorities, four of the people arrested for sharing music on the service have been charged with copyright infringement, allegedly for uploading a single CD, TorrentFreak reported.

The charges against the four come shortly after OiNK administrator Allin Ellis was charged with "conspiracy to defraud."

OiNK, which hosted links to hundreds of thousands of songs and movies, was shut down in October 2007 by authorities acting on information from record label trade groups IFPI and BPI.

The new charges against the four uploaders are due to be heard in two weeks at a Magistrates Court, according to TorrentFreak.
