Sunnyvale, Calif. - Yahoo (NASD: YHOO) announced on Thursday that it has partnered with RealNetworks' (NASD: RNWK) Rhapsody digital music service to deliver full-song streams in search results when users type artist-related searches on its service.

A button will appear at the top of search results to instantly launch song streaming through the FoxyTunes Player, which is powered by Rhapsody.

Users will be able to continue to browse their results page while the player is in use.

"The launch of full-song playback in Yahoo Search brings us closer to realizing Yahoo Music's vision of making the web playable and removing the barriers that prevent people from clicking play and hearing music," said Michael Spiegelman, head of Yahoo Music.
