- A Spanish court has ruled that a site offering links to download media files
on third-party sites does not infringe on copyrights, TorrentFreak reported.
Sharemula was originally sued a year ago, by companies
including Disney, Fox, Warner, Universal, Paramount
and Sony, following a law enforcement action that saw the arrests of 15 people
associated with the site.
