Web Content Syndicators Anystream, Voxant to Merge

Dulles, Va. - Anystream, a provider of digital media production and video-on-demand syndication services, announced on Monday that it has merged with Voxant Media, a provider of Web video syndication services.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2000, Dulles, Va.-based Anystream provides streaming media encoding and broadcast transcoding services for customers including BSkyB, CNN, AOL, ESPN, Fox News and NFL Films.

Herndon, Va.-based Voxant counts a network of over 35,000 Web publishers and bloggers that utilize its content syndication service, which features content from over 250 sources, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CBS, Reuters and the Associated Press.
