San Mateo, Calif. - Adap.tv, a provider of online video advertising services, announced on Tuesday that it has raised a $13 million second round of financing, led by Spark Capital.

Previous investors Redpoint Ventures and Gemini Israel Funds also participated in the round, proceeds from which will go towards accelerating the development of the company's OneSource platform, and its adoption by video publishers and online ad networks.

Since launching its OneSource platform in April, San Mateo, Calif.-based Adap.tv said it has signed nearly 300 partners, including BitTorrent, Metacafe and Blip.tv.

The company says its service allows online publishers to run ads in any format and from any source on their video content, without having to integrate multiple ad networks or adopt special video serving technology.
