Out-of-Home Ad Firms Fuelcast, Bhootan Merge to Form Outcast

Santa Monica, Calif. - Fuelcast, the provider of a gas station pump-based digital video ad network, announce on Thursday that it has merged with digital out-of-home ad firm Bhootan to form Outcast, an out-of-home ad network with a claimed monthly reach of over 25 million consumers.

Outcast will combine Fuelcast's partnerships with Shell, ConocoPhillips, Holiday and NBC Universal, and Bhootan's relationships with Walgreens, Sears, Kmart, Albertsons, Stop N' Shop, Carl's Jr. and McDonalds.

The merged company will count a network of nearly 6,000 digital LCD screens in over 900 locations.
